Diffuser
Can anyone recommend a hair drier/diffuser? Preferably one that helps to reduce frizz! I feel it might be time to upgrade.

3A hair (I think!)

RE: Diffuser
I invested in a Parlux Ionic hair dryer with diffuser. They are often the ones used in salons - it wasn't cheap but I think its a good investment since I use it so much and it doesn't make my hair frizzy.

Type 3A curls.
Medium Length.

RE: Diffuser
I have one from Vidal Sasoon - its called the quiet tone 2000. Does the job, but I have only ever used one other rubbish diffuser so I don't have a lot to compare it too.

RE: Diffuser
I also have a parlux with diffuser.
Love it!! It really does make a difference the ceramic ionic thing, no idea how but it does!
If you get a diffuser make sure its specifically for the particular model you have, they aren't a one size fits all with the parlux (not sure about other brands)

You can get them at hairhouse warehouse, as well online at adore beauty( free postage on any amount doens) or Ry.com.au they also have free postage over a certain amount.
Worth even watching out for sales coming up 20% off etc

Ry will price match any advertised price too Smile

RE: Diffuser
Lou I am pretty sure Neel uses a parlux too. Do you notice any difference when he dried your hair as opposed to using your current hair dryer?

RE: Diffuser
Ooh does he? Hmm, yeah I suppose it does have hardly any frizz when he does it - but then its hard to do a fair comparison as we use different products and I style my hair a bit different to what he does. Nevertheless, I think I still want one...

hahahha the seed has been planted.
Keep an eye out for discounts, they can be significantly cheaper that way Smile

I got the travel one because it's lighter but still powerful

RE: Diffuser
I need to get a good leave in conditioner, the morrocan oil leave in stuff Neel used left my hair frizz free but not crunchy!
The twirling thing takes bloody ages, I do like a condensed version of that part, and i am sure the bits of hair I twirl get bigger as I go LOL
