If I want my hair to smell incredible (and you can use it on skin too!), I use Body Shop's Moringa Beautifying Oil. I use it overnight as a softener and then simply rinse it out (smell retained if you then use neutral scented styling product). I also use it to give my hair a slight shine in places when styling.
